Roasted Pork Legs with red wine is nice! Similar to Spanish Pork. That aroused our curiosity owing to ‘polo bao’ is rarely served in the average dim sum joint😀👏. It has got to be fine.

Desserts not bad as two layers of plates presentation🔪. So why would a ‘char chan teng’ staple be available in a classy canteen such as Grand Imperial? The buns must be really fine, otherwise they wouldn’t even bother to make it. It has got to be fine.

Roasted Pork Legs with red wine is nice! Similar to Spanish Pork🤪🤪. A little birdie told us that you can get authentic Hong Kong style Pineapple Bun (‘polo bao‘) at Grand Imperial.
