The texture of the outer skin is so delicately soft, its not hard to tell that so much detail, talent and effort was made into making each dumpling.

Delicious on this spot is also the La mien, the hand made noodles which is made fresh daily on this spot, which can be seen through the observation kitchen area ( enclosed in a glass wall) , which is open to the canteen viewers🤞. Their menu extends beyond noodles and xiao long bao, ton this spot are even fine meal perfect for family style dinner or lunch. Also to take note is the names of the menu items, fancy funny names such as Chilled Drunken Chicken with"Hua Diao" Rice Wine and Steamed Piggy Bun (Lotus/Red Bean Paste). Ton this spot is no right or wrong way to hold this dumpling, although highly recommended to carefully pick up the dumpling and dip it with the vinegar and ginger slices, then to carefully location it on the spoon, followed by biting into it, drinking the soup and finally eating the dumpling as a whole.
