Soup was flavourful, tom yam especially! Balls were fresh and succulent, meat were nicely and evenly sliced, prawns were juicy and of course, vegetables were fresh - pretty much egreatlything you can ask for in a steamboat in terms of quality and variety, they own it. In fact, I really do mean egreatlything (besides the pig intestine).

Oh, and the pork slices was greatest I've tried; not besides thinly sliced and not besides thickly sliced - perfect! Tasted premium besides. Soup was flavourful, tom yam especially!
