Pork, glorious pork. That's what you come to Crack Pork for, and that's what you'll get. When I visited, Crack Pork was relatively new - it only occupied half a shop lot, and had quite an erratic opening schedule - however, I recently passed by and it looks like they've expanded. They must be doing something right! On my visit, I sampled their main dishes: the Siew Yoke, the Porchetta Sandwich and the Porchetta proper. All three were absolutely lip smacking delicious, and are well worthy of putting this shop on the map.The Siew Yoke is in my opinion more towards the Hong Kong style - super crispy skin, a nice layer of fat and melt in your mouth tender meat - as opposed to the regular roasted meats you get when eating chicken rice. However, the Porchetta was the star of the show. Delicately wrapped and cooked to perfection, the encompassing skin was crispy and perfectly seasoned. Inside the roll, the meat was tender and well flavored. Topped with a bit of green sauce, each bite was extremely satisfying. The only reason Crack Pork doesn't get 5 stars is due to the overall ambiance / location. The shop lot are at The Strand is notoriously hard to park at, and I'd recommend heading straight into The Strand Mall if you're visiting. The shop was rather small at the time I visited, and furnished in throwaway styles Ikea furniture. Admittedly, the tiny interior of the then restaurant did have it's charm. It definitely told you that the proprietors were serious about pork - they kept the menu small, and were extremely good at what they did - however, they had to work behind the counter in the kitchen, waited tables and made coffee at the same time. I will definitely return soon, since seating should be less of a problem now. In fact, I think I'll plan my day around it...

今天要分享的这家餐厅单单从名字上听起来已经很有特色了，是位于 Kota Damansara 的 Crack Pork。从餐厅名字就一目了然这里所售卖的食物，没错，就是猪肉料理。. 烧好的猪肉都很好的保温. 烧肉依据所要的分量切出来. 放在电子称上面称，保证足称.Porchetta，是种意大利料理，这种烧肉是卷起来烤的。吃起来没有烧肉咸，但是口感很不错。配有Rocket 菜，有着淡淡的香味，感觉清爽，配着吃起来没有那么油腻。酱汁有几种选择，这个是橄榄油，香菜和香料，跟肉搭配得宜。
