We had two curry dishes, which were Green Curry Chicken and Panaeng Curry Chicken. Both were really hot and spicy; the owner claimed that they have already lower down the spice level. If you claim yourself are a hot spicy eater, let's try their curry paste. Maybe you will redefine yourself.

I love their firm prawn cake that served together with plum sauce. The outer layer was wrapped with Thai bread crumbs for extra crunchy texture when you have a bite. Made freshly from their kitchen every day, chef blended and marinated the fresh prawns first before store it in refrigerator, and will deep fry it till golden brown perfection upon customer’s order.

As I walked into this cafe, I was in awe of their cleaniness. Tyma kept telling me that they got the latest Thai songs played here! XD The Massaman Curry Chicken is served with less sauce but packs a powerful flavor and can be tuned to be an ultimate spicy curry, which makes the curry so delicious T_____T This is a MUST-TRY dish! Unless you are a cinamon hater. XD

When a salad is given the name Sinful Fried Chicken Salad, one has to wonder why the 'sinful' name. It looked more like a chicken dish than salad, although inside we did have lots of lime, chilli, onion, coriander, mint leaves and also crushed peanuts to give that explosion of flavours in our mouth. In Thai, this is called "Larb Gai Tod" and happens to be Cafe 9's newest dish in their menu. Love the crispy chicken bites.

Café 9 is a new Thai restaurant opened for not more than 1 year in Seksyen 17. We have eaten here a few times but never had the chance to blog about it. So this time I’m going to post some photos from our lunch visits to the Cafe 9 for their lunch set. The name Café 9 doesn’t sounds like a Thai shop but I do see many restaurants with numbers as their shop name at Phuket such as Number 6, Number 9 etc.
