I love this place! The service is fast, the food is super yummy and to top it all off, I get to bring back a lighted glass!When browsing through their menu, I seriously didn't know what to order. Everything I wanted was from the Appetizer's menu. Lol. Thanks to website, I can quickly browse through what other Foodies recommended.You MUST TRY the cajun shrimp. It is simply ze best! The peeled shrimps were plump and juicy and were perfectly spiced. I'm salivating just thinking about it. And that garlic bread! I usually don't understand why people order garlic bread outside. It is so easy to make them at home. But THIS garlic bread I would definitely order again! The bread had just the right texture, not too soft and not too hard. And they had crispy crumbs on it. Oh those crumbs... Eating it with the cajun shrimp on top was so delightful.. Huhu..As for the drink, I was so curious that I ordered the Rootbeer & Chocolate drink. Odd tasting but I still finished it.I will come back when I'm not broke, or if someone else was buying. It is super pricey for 2 appetizers, 1 main & 2 drinks - RM175. I was hungry again very quickly. Huhuhu..

Went here once and totally fall in love with the food portion and taste. Portion is quiet big and the drinks man, taste so nice. There is something special about the drinks here. Looking forward for another visit.

Awful isn't even enough to describe this place.Now I don't know whether it's the outlet or their food in terrible but god, this is single handedly one of the worst western food I have ever tasted. I have tasted hawker centre western food for a quarter of the price that was much better than this.Let's start with the star of this terrible show, the awful food. So I love clam chowder and I've tasted a few but this one was SOUR. I repeat SOUR. What kind of chowder is sour?????? I didn't even touch it after one sip and neither did my boyfriend. Then the mac and cheese, it tasted so WEIRD. It tasted weird and only the bread crumbs made it better. And the portion was so SMALL. My mac and cheese had 4 prawns in it??? AND IT WAS RM32.50 BEFORE THE TAXES EVEN WHICH LEADS ME TO MY NEXT POINTThe price of this place is ATROCIOUS. 1 Mac & Cheese, 1 Jenny's Catch, 1 Chowder and 2 cold tap waters amounted to RM90. Listen, I wouldn't even may RM9 for the awful food and service I got. Portions were not worth the price and most definitely not tasty to justify. Atrocious priced places like Nobu at least has FLAVOUR but this was awful.Service, terrible like their food. I wanted to double check the price only to have the waiter be defensive and rude to me. Is this what you hire? LOLThe only thing I can rate 10/10 is the chances of me never ever returning. If you're gonna spend this kind of money, go to a cafe or even TGIF for the love of food gods.

Expensive and foods we ordered taste below than what we expected,not worth for their price too.Coconut shrimp(?) not sure what it’s called,the coconut flakes doesn’t match with shrimp.

went here few months ago. had high expectation for this restaurant , esp because of the price. foods are okay, not as good as expected, probably not worth the price either.

Loved the interiors. Very nice place for a group of friends to hang around. Service is extremely quick and the staff is very friendly. Don't forget to try the Cajun shrimps and the stuffed shrimps.... You won't regret it.

Bubba Gump always serves fresh seafood and appetizing meals. The staffs are also friendly and experienced. Will definitely come back for lunch or dinner.

It's not always Shrimp Days at Bubba Gump. Do try the burger and you'll be surprised. Great place to dine and hang out with friends. Enough with the comment, I need to tell Forrest something ..."Run, Forrest, Run ...."

It's been a while since I last visited any Bubba Gump outlets. This visit was shocking to me. I used to remember the Shrimper's Heaven was super delicious but oh man it's so bad! SO SO BAD! the prawns were not fresh!!!! That's the worst thing that a restaurant can serve, which is food that are not fresh. The quesadilla came only slightly warm, expected it to hotter, like it was fresh out of the oven! Taste wise it was quite ok. Prawn scampi was good (thank goodness if not i wouldn't have enjoyed my dinner at all) No complains on the service here but oh man they better buck up on their food. Seriously I won't be back anytime soon. Maybe in 5 years time? Hopefully they are better by then!
