Surprisingly, blueberry cheesecake works well with the milky shaved ice. In fact, it worked so well that Matt devoured the whole dish (despite not liking blueberries).

Before you try any flavors, remember to sample this original classic Injeolmi Red Bean Bingsu that served with fine-shaved milk, sticky chewy injeolmi (Korean glutinous rice cakes), almond sliced, covered fully with yellowish Korean roasted soybean powder and finally topped with sweet creamy imported red bean paste. The texture was so soft and light, it literally melted in your mouth effortlessly!
