i ordered pickup. demonstrated the employee my order amount and he previously the nerve to inform me the quantity on my website app isn't on the record and insisted we was displaying him the incorrect number. works out they totally didnt prepare my purchase because they skipped it lol. acquired to hold back another 10-15 mins after achieving the outlet to allow them to resolve their difficulties and begin preparing my purchase. wouldnt mind the tiny blunder only if the personnel wasn’t so arrogant.

The coffee is excellent and perfect. I really like it. But their method of managing the website riders, isn't good. Why make sure they are wait outside for 30 min. Delay my purchase and also have some sympathy to the riders aswell. I got this suggestions from the rider that delivered my purchase. He apologized for the lateness but its due to the gradual and inefficient service program at the store. Please improve with this and be even more considerate to the riders, making them wait such a long time outside. Perhaps put just a little area in the store where they are able to rest. If you're concerned about their smell. I am aware your orders may be piling up but that might be really nice gesture. Many thanks.
