We stayed 3 nights with Four Factors Sheraton and made a decision to eat here about two occasions. The employees very friendly, specifically Fahmie who was very useful and we purchased Malaysian meals which originated from kitchen downstairs. Very new and delicious. Informal diningwith lovely views.

Expensive, low quality and poor prepared food. Descriptions on the menus didn't match what was devote front of us. More than prepared, and inedible would explain the sea meals platter. Oxtail bland and didn’t have the elements listed in the explanation. Rackof lamb was really three small chops about 1 cm think. Happy hour was 10 ringgit deduction for buying 2. Service bad and didn’t really treatment that people had complaints.

Had a early supper there, so that it took the cooking area a while to offer us. The food is indeed so, the soup has been pretty tasteless and the others was just edible. The ambience is nice and also have a nice spot to rest watching thesun go down

Apart from the proven fact that 1 / 2 of the menu had not been available, food has been pretentious and poor. Seafood obviously frozen and old, meals were brought individually to the table therefore we'd to eat individually waiting one hour among. Tooexpensive for everything you get.

The restaurant is situated on the floor floor of Four Factors by Sheraton Sandakan. Cozy design. Great services. All dishes are beautifully ready and very tasty. Good wine list. Thank you to the chef of the restaurant

Even though atmosphere is good the meals is poor. We'd a steak and the lamb and both quality of the merchandise and the method it had been prepared was poor. They gave us the chance to order once again (the staff will be great) but againpoorly ready. But then again, probably don’t eat western foods in Malaysia..

A reasonably good selection on the menu. personnel have become pleasant and useful. The restaurant was quite quiet plus they hoped to accomplish a karaoke evening but there were no more than 6 people eating. Swimming pool table obtainable in one corner

Two superstars for the sunset look at but this is the worst location we’ve eaten inside our two weeks inside Sabah. Where to start? Drink Greatest Brew, the bar inside the 5-star hotel, cannot be more of the misnomer. There have been about four options ofbeer: generic tasteless lager, generic tasteless lager, generic tasteless lager or generic tasteless lager. All extortionately overpriced by Malaysian specifications too. Food I started having an oxtail soup. The consomé was good; the oxtail itself nevertheless was grotesque: older rubber tyre superglued to bone instead of any semblance of edible meats. I implemented the soup with a pizza, or attempted to at the very least. I particularly requested no cheese when i am lactose intolerant. The pizza when it lastly came out looked a little cheesy, smelt a little cheesy and tasted a little cheesy. The waiter reassured me he previously spoken to the chef two times and also graciously decided to have a derisory 10% of the expense of the pizza off the costs. My stomach cramps recommend the chef has been mistaken.
