First, staff on counters are friendly. good job! One male staff upstairs responsible for cleaning table when I was there, he bowed down when I was going to leave. I absolutely such as this social gesture. Customers are kings! Simple gesture but so respectful. Hope he get yourself a promotion! Second, heavy glass door have become inconvenience. I visited eat alone and went upstairs. The entranceway seriously heavy and I had to push it while holding the tray. Imagine in the event that you drop the meals? Third, rice wrapped in paper? Okay, I obtain it you guys desire to save soap, water and energy to clean dishes but that's an unhealthy practice. Can't you merely put rice on plate directly? Lastly, staff on break chatting too loudly and using curse word.
