When we checked within we were upgraded since it was my birthday celebration the day just before. That was an excellent start to your stay. We have there been for two nights inbetween carrying out other things. The positioning is correct near a shopping center and cinema,marketplaces, and dining places, and it's really easy to bypass to other areas by taxi too.

6 folks stopped here for lunch time on a day visit to Sandakan- big mistake. We arrived around 2.15pm and the service, foods and beverages were just terrible. The staff had no fascination with us whatsoever- there appeared to be some sort of employees meetinggoing on whilst we had been eating - they certainly need more trained in their customer support - worst dinner on our 8 excursion to Borneo.

This hotel is relatively new hotel in Sandakan even though location can be found in a run-down area close to the old port and fish market where personal safety is questionable as you can find beggars on street corners along with other homeless people lying a sleep onthe pavement. Our sign in at the resort was very good because the counter personnel were friendly and effective.The area was very spacious and we'd wonderful views on the sea amenities were excellent. The meals in the restaurant was great and at an acceptable cost. The breakfast was exceptional with an enormous selection catering for several tastes the staff once again were really attentive and effective.One slight issue we encountered in attempting to check out our friends on increased floors because the key cards restricted us and then our own floor. Over-all our stay as of this hotel was pleasurable and unforgettable and would recommend to others.

We stayed as of this hotel for 5 nights. The resort itself can be found on the harbour, prior reviews discuss personal safety problems. I in no way felt a threat within my stay we would usually go out for supper and return late during the night. Generally peopleare useful and friendly. The employees at the resort were remarkably polite and couldn't perform enough for you personally. We only got breakfast at the resort and again this is excellent fresh juices each day omelettes croissants you're spoilt for choice. The rooms were clear and towels changed every day. The restaurant served nice meals at reasonable prices. The infinity pool was amazing I don't believe the hotel itself does justice about promoting this pool nonetheless it had breathtaking views of the ocean and the harbour.l Overall I would suggest this hotel

Plenty of different food selections for a lunch time buffet, but we found the meals slightly tasteless. An excellent look at though of the harbour entrance, and a good pool too!

We could actually dine the buffet at the lower price rate once we are pensioners. We discovered the meals uninteresting, expected amazing Malaysian curries and meals, actually we didn't consume at the hotel apart from breakfast and that has been just okay. The satays werecold and hard, remaining food lukewarm, which was at 7pm. All of those other period we ate on the boardwalk, fantastic foods costing close to nothing. If we'd paid full price could have questioned for our cash back. We knew it had been Ramadan, but also for foreigners could have been nice with an ala carte menus to choose from.

We just ate breakfast here. I has been blown away by how big is this place ! It is extremely clean and incredibly well lay out with a massive selection of different foods to pick from. Fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, curries plus much more butnothing we ate had been actually as tasty since it looked therefore we were just a little disappointed.

The hotel is beautiful and incredibly central for visiting nearby markets and regional attractions. the Swimming pool is lovely and contains a great view on the harbour. Concierge has been great is assisting to visit all of the local attractions and will produce a complete checklist ofwhat to accomplish in the time period which you have. Only experienced breakfast here but had been quite good.

After coming to the four points hotel we made a decision to have food at their cafe, two pizzas and several drinks there have been 6 members of staff all over the host station texting, like the manager. After waiting around just shy of one hour forthe very first pizza to reach (we had been the only ones within) we then waited an additional 15 mins for the second to reach it never came. Got to cancel. Bed had been alright. I just found personnel unhelpful Nd it will be wasn't worth fours superstars. For the region it's in and the purchase price it had been I expected far more.
