Staff tak proactive. Program meh boleh train personnel lagi. Biasa org akan suka and nak datang lagi kalau provider employees yg baik. Kalau consumer tinggalkan kedai dgn rasa sakit hati. Bukan ramai sgt pun org kat kedai. Boleh enhance lagi please. Proactive make sure you.Susah ke nak panggil, or nak tolong hantar kan bungkus remove saya tu? Tak tolong hantar pun takpe, saya boleh datang amik. Bukan ramai pun client. tapi saya dah pandang and nampak la bungkus takeout atas counter tu, tapi employees buat tak tau je, saya anggap la bukan saya punya. Sampai la nak dekat 20-30 moment lagi tunggu, saya pun pegi la Tanya dah siap ke. Rupanya memang saya punya. Hrmmm thanks a lot for wasting my period.
