Superb Malay authentic daging salai masak lemak kuning chili api. They will have beef, duck, poultry and seafood salai. Ulam and sambal belancan. The meals here is nothing like many Malay meals stall and dining places which bashing plenty of sugar but right here ZF Salai their genuine Malay food no glucose and MSG! My just dissatisfaction is the part is underwhelming also the rice part is really a bit small.I'll get back to ZF Salai to consume again... the dog owner is friendly...he could be ex military guy and he speaks great English! He would go to the close by river to catch new water catch the restaurant .

Rasa masakan salai agak kurang memuaskan.Bau asap salai terlalu kuat.Mungkin kena tambah baik lagi rasa salai tu untuk memenuhi citarasa pengemar masakan berasaskan menus salai macam saya ni.
