We found this stall unintentionally, as we had made a decision to have lunch time at the famous stall offering tilapia within Rawang. Because the famous stall was loaded to the brim with hungry lunch crowds, we found this stall nearby, situated in exactly the same rowof stalls. This stall includes a small setup, with about 7 tables and plastic chairs in 2 stalls. The signature dish as detailed on a poster on the wall structure of this stall will be steamed tilapia seafood and salt baked poultry. We decided to possess both their signature dish along with water spinach for the lunch. An elderly man took our orders, and there are many foreign employees as helpers. Providers was appropriate as our foods was served following a short waiting time. The tilapia fish was steamed with chopped garlic, ginger and bird's eyes chilli, with a hint of soya sauce and fermented coffee beans. Since Rawang city is encircled by ex-mining ponds which have been converted into seafood rearing ponds, therefore the supply of tilapia seafood can be in abundant. The fish had been fresh and sweet, without fishy and earthly delicious, and the soya sauce significantly enhanced the fish. The signature salt baked range-free poultry was tasty, with the ideal quantity of saltiness and was aromatic with a hint of Chinese herbs. The water spinach was fried with chopped chilli, dried shrimps and shrimp paste. The drinking water spinach was prepared just right, not as well soggy and oily, and the dried shrimp and shrimp paste has been just right rather than too salty. Our lunch for us including some beverages arises to about RM 50, that is quite reasonable.
