Terrible customer support experience.Swiped my charge card three times with one bill with the reason why of no captured within their systemWhen I re-examined my transaction background, it had been paid for three times. I back again to the Rawang branch to clarify this matter, a supervisor (a Chinese man) stated that is not one of the duties of these branches and had taken my receipt without the concern. Then he request me to check on with the bank rather than them, and pls WhatsApp them if the problem remain.It really is kinda the rude and ridiculous encounter as1.He didn't verify properly the problem, and keep saying “not one of our business“2. He didn't write down my information for follow-up purposes actually he required my receipt (this can make me feel he desire to denial the incident and wanna ruin the data)3. No options provided because of this incident and simply claim because the incident only a small cases (needless to say he think only a small matters result in not he covered 3 times)4. Continue arguing with a negative toneAbove of this is my terrible encounter with this particular branch. I’m a Sushi Mentai enthusiasts, and I gone to others branches rather than experienced such this poor experience.
