We have encountered a negative experience here. Maybe its among those times the counter woman had a negative day. But, it generally does not entitled her to spill her anger towards additional customer. Never do this, unless she wished to become unemployed. Extremely slow assistance (waited 10 to 13 minutes merely to get entertained as the cafe is usually empty), rude and lacks of etiquette (mocks us by inquiring her close friends about our purchase in a queer tone. We have been there infront of her encounter but still she dares to request her buddy "kita ada lagi ke latte ni Sal ), 0 in CUSTOMER SUPPORT quality (ask us issue not pertains to our food options in upselling and getting ultimately more meals to be sold), excellent foods and beverages (its a franchais,what can you expect?), bad itenary administration(ran out of butter during midday on weekend break), insufficient communication skill (does not explain to consumer whats there and whats not really), and more. I extremely suggest to replce all of them of near down this wall plug if it's deem non profittable. Its a shame to start to see the brand has been tarnished by non compliance branch.
