I actually returned to my 3rd restaurant go to with friends right after my 2 solo delicious dinners. Quite amazed by Chef Lam’s cooking food. Delicious meals with affordable price. Chef Lam had worked inside hotels inside Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Vietnam… He returned to his homeland, Sabah, to workat a slower pace also to enjoy Kundasang mountain atmosphere. The chef himself cooked my 3N dinner within my stay there. 1st supper : His signature fried salmon seafood mind bee hoon soup with beancurd, ginger, salted veggies & tomatoes is rich & filled with favour. 2nd dinner : 1. braised seafood maw seafood soup will be delicious, tasted exactly like home cooked. 2. Aus sliced beef fried with ginger slices & springtime onions. Beef will be tender & delicious. 3rd supper with friends 1. acquired 2 soups, fried salmon fishhead soup & fried seafood maw seafood soup. 2. fried Aus beef with ginger & spring onions 3. cabbage with dried shrimps 4. teriyaki chicken 5. chef’s particular sauce lemon grass & belachan prawns on popular sizzling plate. Chef Lam cooks along with his heart & includes a high regular, his dishes have become delicious. He is the only real chef would you the cooking with just 2 assistants helping inside the preparation.
