Dropped considerably within the decision of dim sums within their dim sum buffet. Understaffed and un-organized. The meals takes very lengthy to come quickly to the desk. Fried rice has been a let down. We'd purchased for 3 portions of cod seafood...two which came duringseperate intervals of our dinner as the the 3rd came whenever we were paying our bill!! Extremely unfortunate and disappointing provided the truth that this location had quality meals and a variety of outstanding dim sums at one stage.

Fine dining. Nice atmosphere . Dim sum is not actually my thing but right here i would create an exception. Thumbs around excellent program by Mdm Josephine, Bong, Alisia, Mr Khairul and Skip Angela.

Never regret choosing Summertime Palace because the venue for the wedding. The Supervisor, Ms. Josephine and Mr. Bong is quite helpful. We're particularly amazed wuth their fast reaction plus they really go the excess mile to ensure our wedding go easily and perfectly. Nevertheless,we think that they are usually lacking staff and the assistance from the waiters and waitresses will be kinda gradual and didn't modification bowls and plates for the guest. If the eating place will get sufficient manpower, I really believe it could be done better. Generally, we're quite pleased with the entire experience with Summer months Palace, special because of Ms. Josephine and Mr. Bong.

Stopped here for supper, it had been a disappointment. Employees was barely trained, and experienced no clue what's expected of these nor could actually answer simple questions. Food high quality was mediocre rather than special. The menus was ok and will be offering a broad choice butdo not be fooled as a primary course does not include rice or noodles. That should be ordered extra.

Emerged here for Valentine’s buffet dim sum lunch time and really was disappointed. I anticipated a cafe in a 5 star resort JW Marriot to become more systematic and professional. A menus list was presented with, and out the 8 orders I placed, 2 were incorrect and1 did but come at all. Individuals who emerged after us were consistently getting all the foods but ours had not been arriving. Staffs in the orange uniform are usually totally clueless on which we have been telling them. I was getting thus annoyed that asked the senior staff Skip Connelia and asked her what's happening also to my surprise still she actually is clueless and will not know what We ordered. I questioned her easily can have a consider the order checklist that I ticked and she simply said that it's been thrown, therefore no evidence. Just what a reply. We told them if my foods doesn’t turn out in 5 mins, I will leave and slowly it stated approaching. This is simply not accepted from the well know restaurant such as this. Truly bad services. I will never keep coming back here once again and hope this information would go to the higher administration of this restaurant.

Was left standing in the counter for approximately 20mins looking forward to the staff to find the voucher out there. Didn't apologize for maintaining me looking forward to so long. It had been just me in the eating place and throughout she had been just sitting down at the counter. We bothgot the vouchers confusing and she was therefore protective. Asked me to determine the redeemed vouchers settlement myself without offering me a contact or get in touch with. No tq no sorry. Poor is certainly understatement. Sorry chef, you're five superstar. Guess you need to blame Sally.
