First time to the outlet inside IOI, service isn't excellent but what I'd like to indicate is that the area is certainly filthy! The cutleries aren't just stained but has meals bits on them. The ground is oily and filthy. Hand clean basinis clogged and overflowed onto the ground. I'm looking across to subway, looks a whole lot cleaner. Unless they create improvements otherwise I'll never want to keep coming back again.
