我刚刚去那里买晚餐。点了一份Snack Plate就是里面就应该有一只鸡，cheezy wedges，饮料和potato。结果他直接给我两只鸡！我那时候站着那边看着他放，因为我就是有跟家人说话，然后cheezy wedges的区域在最左边，我以为在我跟家人说话他已经到那个区域拿了我的cheezy wedges然后再回到中间也就是一大堆炸鸡的地方，结果整个很慌地放多一只炸鸡下去。之后他就拿给我，我就应该在这个时候检查看看他给的对不对！！！可是我并没有这样做，因为我觉得这个行为就是不信任对方，我相信他，所以就没打开检查。结果回家打开只看见两只炸鸡？？？？？？？？？？？我就是奔着cheezy wedges而来的，什么情况？这是什么欺骗消费者吗？反正之前也遭遇过类似情况，今天忍无可忍了。去别的肯德基分行也别到这里买好吧？Greenlane的肯德基都比这家好很多了。大无语事件，如果可以不给星直接不给星了，艹:) 柜台也只开一个，怎么不选择直接关掉更好？Management干点事好不好？员工态度也很重要

My friend have been looking forward to her orders for 3 hours beginning with 6pm yet haven't have the food. By the end, KFC simply just changed it to self pickup.

Here don't have zero rating, therefore i give one rating! I went there to get breakfast on 9.00am, they showed their unfriendly face and said tak buka lagi. Already 9.00am!! Still not open yet?? Another two days I visited buy Fried Chicken+Lays set, they said no stock, only normal fried chicken! WHAT ON EARTH! Your shop show all of the food menu at counter, however, many of the meals tray is empty, and only 1 counter had service. The attitude of worker so terrible and lazy! In the event that you all don’t desire to prepare all of the food, then better close this KFC food chain at Farlim!!!
