Maybe I have already been surviving in Puchong for too much time and get as well used to Yap Chuan BKT to the extend right after eat BKT from other areas, I still skip this BKT. Soup fragrant and organic taste perfectly and the meats of dried out BKT is indeed tender. I could live with this particular BKT for the others of my entire life. Hahaha.

Terrible experience... First of all, they mistaken helping incorrect purchase, the meat of dried out & soup bkt had been switched, they admitted their mistake and change to improve meat which we need to wait once again for the recook.Once the correct order served, the soup rib & gentle bone rib meat isn't fresh, the majority of the meat also appear dull & dark tone, the provided meat were difficult to chew unlike the rib which we generally ordered. The dried out porkleg tender were mainly all fats, of result in I don't anticipate porkleg tender to stay lean but it's ridiculously provided fats and find yourself the majority of the dish had been wasted. We have the sensation that this is because of we request to improve this 2 meals to our's correct purchase.We don't desire to wait anymore because the children were hungry and we have to rush somewhere else, we bear with the meals and also other dish electronic.g vege, fuzhok, fubok, enoki mushroom. Another cause of not complaining immediately is we don't need the restaurant felt that people will be the fussy customer demand to change so often and caused trouble for them. I'm not at all the kind of fussy consumer.We then require the costs and highlight this matter to the captain for the purpose of these improvement of food high quality. We were therefore upset that she replied that the meats quality got no concern even after seeing the rest of the dull rib and several of the discarded fat porkleg tender.We've been consuming here since many years, we were clear bout the meat that people used to eat in fact it is definitely not the boring lean rib & mostly body fat porkleg tender we've tonight.We were therefore so disappointed concerning the feedback and for certain will not heading back anymore. If anyone really wants to eat comparable bkt can attempt another yap chuan of this type which facing the primary street.P/s : This long long review won't appear if the girl captain admit the shortfall concerning the freshness of the meats. Sigh that bkt is not really the main one we used to consume anymore, high quality of the meals & service is horrible...Highly not recommended
