Ever felt as if you couldn't find great CKT apart from hustling with the visitors the center of KL and got soaked within sweat and CKT odor afterwards? I think I've found my ultimate goal of CKT without needing to go to KL center. Thisplace is actually peaceful, sparking joy sort of CKT. I purchased Fried Kuey Teow Special (Huge). Certainly, this CKT is filled with 'wok hei' (breath of the wok) that you cannot can get on the street stalls or pre-loaded CKT. The portion is wonderful for 2 medium eaters. I am not sure should they practise Zero Waste materials but like the proven fact that they use bio-degradable plastic material so that is furthermore another advantage from me.

The restaurant is very much indeed like any Chinese restaurant, air-conditioned, clean and well, pretty comfortable. We also learned a lot on seafood, especially crabs. The best character of your day may be the crab! Oh I will thank them for marching me through alengthy lesson about crabs, the way the roes will come in yellow, natural or orange. And yes, about how exactly crabs can die from the mere mosquito sting in the attention (ignore if you know ‘cos I didn’t). In any case I learned that crabs have virginity as well (needless to say they do) so when they're pregnant with roes, the color would determine the ripeness - green being extremely raw and young, yellowish being building and orange is when it’s fully mature. All three colors emit different tastes - natural is even more sourish (and less desired), yellow includes a unique flavor with some tang and sweetness while orange is mainly sweet. Orange is quite common therefore i thought it could do me an excellent favor to have the ability to try the green and yellowish, both which we were luckily enough to sample! I actually loved the yellow roe - it’s more palatable and rare - something I’m unable to describe precisely. BUT TAKE NOTE The restaurant cannot promise the color of the roe because they would only learn upon cooking the crabs. Put simply, it’s purely luck. Therefore don’t move slamming the supervisor for devoid of the yellowish roe you want. Prefer to Eat Seafood Eating place also has exciting presents for crabs like 50% discounts for weekday special offers, both lunch and supper that is a downright bottom rock offer!
