My pal told us that his mom's beef noodles stall is definitely famous and show in regional newspaper. This trip heading back to Kuala Lumpur (my hometown), my children decided to happen to be Puchong Jaya (behind the IOI Mall) to use his mom's beef noodles. The stallis inside KH20 Kopitiam but lots of people visited the stall. I really like beef noodles but I just ordered the meat minus the mixed (intestine, abdomen , etc).Associated with I've bad experience with of beef noodles with the smell rather than certain how clean it really is. This time, I simply can't resist to use whatever my hubby ordered (the mixed), as the soup is clear and I finished everything included soup. The combined didn't have odor and the meats is tender. We've a chance to speak to uncle, the beef noodles recipe provides more than 30 yrs background from Kota Bahru; Kelantan. The uncle and the auntie quite particular making use of their ingredients, they make certain the beef is new and they spend lots of time of washing to ensure the stomach is clear. I really like it, will go to the stall again when We get back to KL.

After reading the very first review on trip advisor, I made a decision to try out this Kota Bahru beef noodle myself. Yummmmm...the dried out minced meat noodle was good. ..their ngaw chap soup isn't dark but filled up with a variety of beef balls, beef, stomach & tender tendon....actually yummylicious. rm8 for soup noodle and rm8.50 for dried out minced beef noodle. This stall is a hawker stall runned by way of a well mannered quite aunty at KH20 coffeeshop, Puchong Jaya. Superb!

In a hidden invest Puchong, there exists a small store with black glass that provides fine beef soup noodles. It is possible to choose selection of noodles such as for example mee, lao shu fen, kueh tiew and also hakka mee. The soup taste nice andthe elements are well cooked n soft. The beef surprisingly does not have strong odor. I purchased lao shu fen dried out with beef soup n the dried out noodles are nice alone. This worth 4.5 stars and the two 2 factors of shortfall of my perfection are flies n not comfortable experiencing as its no open side kind of corner kopitiam. I will come again. Cost is slightly higher but its worthwhile.
