Ever felt as if you couldn't find great CKT apart from hustling with the visitors the center of KL and got soaked within sweat and CKT odor afterwards? I think I've found my ultimate goal of CKT without needing to go to KL center. Thisplace is actually peaceful, sparking joy sort of CKT. I purchased Fried Kuey Teow Special (Huge). Certainly, this CKT is filled with 'wok hei' (breath of the wok) that you cannot can get on the street stalls or pre-loaded CKT. The portion is wonderful for 2 medium eaters. I am not sure should they practise Zero Waste materials but like the proven fact that they use bio-degradable plastic material so that is furthermore another advantage from me.

Char Kuay Teow was great and came within generous portion. It had been also very fragrant because of the wok hei however, not oily which is great to the waistline . The crispy bits of lap cheong and fried pork lard additional depth to the dish.My verdict? Among the best ckt in the Klang valley Another dish that caught me by surprise has been their popiah. The popiah had been somehow quite like the mamak popiah of penang where substances french coffee beans , bean sprouts , jicama coffee beans and beancurd are usually simmered in a somewhat sweetish brown sauce . I must say i enjoyed the popiah since it brought back sweet remembrances of me developing up in Penang.
