Even knowing its an extended weekend break for Hari Raya Haj this therefore call 5*hotel cant actually handle the registration successfully. Everything is guide and despite guests looking forward to 2 hrs plus cant also think of giving the proper execution earlier to fill. Never come across this type of lousy registration procedure my whole life.

generally can hear what the neighbours r doing and kids running at the corridor. room is indeed dirty with dust. therefore sad how this resort has considered this poor when it was previously the nicest hotel actually back then.

Poster promo tulis harga lain, bile call reserving harga lain...bila smpai untuk sign in kena byar hrga lain yang mana lebih mahal daripada harga yang di tunjukkan dalam poster promo....Tanya receptionist sebab contact dan reserving lambat yang mana 2 minggu sebelum sign in...Di promo poster tulis promosi legitimate sampai September....Atmosphere bertakung di toilet bawah dekat dengan cafe....Resort ini x sepatutnya dapat 5 ????..

very bad service. 2 hour sign in. Paid on-line rm500 and obtain a downgraded area to rm400. Time light robbery. in the event that you cant support, dont oversell your areas. the majority of the other client also facing exactly the same problems
