Food is great here. Australian beef is fantastic. Cold tofu rocks !. Needless to say the sushi are usually well done. Nevertheless the support is inconsistent. Rakuzen is normally our favourite japanese cafe. This time dissatisfied. The twin dragon roll we purchased was so measly ready! The rice had not been ‘compact’ enjoy it usually is (just like a novice could have rolled it.). And when you think you're ordering the sameitem when compared to photo in the menus you may be so very disappointed! Other dishes were okay but two folks had a tummy ache from then on. Not certain what it had been. Service was however great except some waiters didn't speak English. Hope next time we come back, it'll be better.

Rakuzen is among our favourite locations to visit with friends. However lately very disappointed because the rolls are receiving smaller and smaller. Not really satisfying anymore 😬 Nevertheless beef inaniwa udon was great.
