This is the first-time I ever really tried Indian thosai. I adored the taste. It's incredible and fingerlicious. I experienced Dilkush thosai..I would recommend more people to use here, even those individuals who wanna loose their fat. Friendly and great service. Simply everything is good right here.

That is different. Now an average thosai experience is simple/rava or masala or paneer masala thosai. This includes chutneys privately that you dip the thosai in. Right here its the thosai itself and whats within or at the top that a person savour. Thethosai foundation itself is delicious and will be combined with potato/cheese masala in way too many types to count (from non spicy variations to spicy schezwan to very spicy kolhapuri variations or very flavourful signature variations). All offered and topped with minced crunchy onions and/or with grated cheese or paneer. It really is offered in slices or laid open up with the masala. This implies that what's served is both a spectacle to see and a delight to consume. I have to hands it to the x-IT men turned chefs who setup this unassuming small stall (container turned meals truck without tires) situated at the Curve simply beyond Borders bookshop and then to 7-eleven. The chef Mithun Mohan demonstrated his prowess also it was enjoyable to observe how he puts enthusiasm into producing the delectable mouth-watering delights. We also loved the masala soda and chai which proceeded to go effectively with the foods. The only real negatives we could develop had been the chutneys (which actually needs enhancing but is in fact not needed because the thosai's stand by themselves) and the teh tarik (too sweet). We cleaned our plates and had more, at an acceptable cost. Need I say even more!
