It is a surprising delight. I usually don't like soup structured noodle. Nevertheless, the soup in this eating place is prepared with sake (Japanese liquor). So that it includes a special aromatic flavor. I treasured the sake pork balls. The pork balls taste so excellent andfresh. I furthermore ordered the dried out noodle with dong bo rou (braised pork stomach). The pork tummy was gentle and succulent. Overall an excellent dining experience.

Noodle soup and rice bowls are usually mostly what they provide. Lunch sets are inexpensive and includes a drink and dessert. It’s air-conditioned and contains ample parking spaces thus coming on the weekday isn’t a concern either. Not much sake inside the broth could betasted despite the fact that that was the feature - so slight you can’t really taste in all honesty but it’s simply comfort food I’m right after, whether there’s sake or not really it doesn’t really matter. Will def come back because it’s convenience homecooked sort of food in a cushty dining area - not necessarily since they serve Michelin standards meals.
