Very unfortunate , services is slow , maybe because of shortage of staff. Foods comes out awesome and forgotten orders. Blend up delivery and most severe case when check up on the order had not been even apologetic but instead rude. Staff must choose refresher courseand manager must be more vigorous and observe a lot more towards what the employees and cooking area are doing. Very sad as if they 1st open the service and food was top quality but maybe because of business too great , service level comes second

The title sums everything up. Essentially a localized "Japanese" eating place that shouldn't be known as a Japanese cafe. Go elsewhere for genuine Japanese food. Also, the wait personnel don't appears to be quite keen within welcoming customers to the restaurant. It's like they're waitingfor one another to greet the clients. Food taste was okay overall, not bad at all, but not at all within the very best choices within the retail center vicinity. This review is founded on experience at the Paradigm Mall outlet.

We went with my children for supper on a Friday night time. There was an extended queue. The katsu soba was included with soggy soba floating in soup that flavor like dishwater since it was therefore diluted. The katsu poultry that accompanied it had been cool and oilytoo. My girl was very disappointed. Furthermore the tempura soba was furthermore served with exactly the same diluted dishwater like soup. Actually the sushi we required from the conveyor belt - you may get better sushi elsewhere! We also ordered garlic fried rice. Came very hot but too oily. Just the frosty chasoba my hubby ordered and was okay. With that said, dont bother queuing . Proceed elsewhere.
