Visited this spot for a number of times currently and I never really had any issue eating here. Sushis are usually always offered on the conveyor belt, so no problem with just how long I possess to await food. Even though I purchase from the menus, it'swithin an acceptable time for meals to arrive. Taste? Excellent. Price? Pricey but worthwhile One concern though, during peak hrs, you'll almost always need to queue upward to get yourself a seat but it isn't a problem anyway. Personally, i don't mind the wait around and it's really not usually too much time of a queue.

The meals is nice however the service isn't good. Waiting around for the meals for like 40mins and didn't function it until the period we complain. And 1 food was overlooked of order as the waiter forgot to create it lower. Will noteat here once again.

I have been among the Sushi Zanmai's enthusiast until recently when I came across their quality keep fall and almost no course to other Japanese cafe.. Predicated on recent dining in a single U, the standard of their dishes are usually no more nice! no nice any more..the presentation isn't nice, food taste so so, beverages so so, waiting time extremely bad, waiters walking occasionally but didnt approach us.. i believe is time and energy to restructure the meals management team re-innovative the approached construction for the loyalty customers if not, you will end up drop out..

We love our Sushi and tried this away last Saturday. This location comes with an innovative ordering procedure and a wide selection of Sushi. The sushi really was freash and flavorful. It really is nw our head to location for Sushi. The one thing had been we hadnot obtained the pickled Ginger and got to purchase it. Would believe this to be area of the Sushi condiments

On the 2nd ground of I Utama purchasing complex you can find. Clean and pleasurable sitting arrangement. Employees are nicely mannered and properly trained. Can purchase Ala Carte for a wide selection of Japanese cuisine or pick out your sushi selection from the sushiconveyor range. Serving portion is little and have to be patience particularly when this eating place is packed. Cost is reasonable but high quality of food not authentic.

They served me rare beef once they repaid my overcooked beef back again to kitchen. I didn’t contact a little as I knew I'll definitely get unwell after consuming that. I ordered moderate well btw. Speechless

My regular place for lunch time every Saturday. Up to now from my visits right here along with other Sushi Zanmai outlets, im surprised at the regularity of thier foods. Flavor, quality and display are all exactly the same. My preferred diah are poultry katsu don and poultry teriyaki pairedwith gohan (rice).

Had decent knowledge pre-pandemic. This go to was quite disappointing. We had been sat in a large part and forgotten about. The carbonated drinks that we ordered in no way arrived and we're able to not get the interest of any servers. Unable to even in a position to order very hot orcold green tea extract in a Japanese cafe. The soft drinks had been on our costs and we'd to require them to be taken out when paying by the end of the meal. Food was served with a robot and has been okay however, not outstanding for the purchase price. Will never be visiting again.
