Among my go-to place once and for all Hokkien Mee. Choose the mixed Meehoon (slim rice noodles) and the solid yellow noodles, a lot of crispy fried lard and "wok hey". Be prepared to await lo long queue, one hour to at least one 1. 5 hours is usually thenorm at peak period. It's very havoc to obtain seated too. Car parking is always challenging here, or a long way away and walk over.

Whenever personally i think like indulging myself, I create a trip here after function. The hokkien mee (with additional servings of prawns and pork and yes, extra lard, on request) would be to die for. Don't be worried about the heart-healthy tales when you are eating - justenjoy For extra consistency, i mix mee with bihun And ask for additional chopped garlic. And also many of the belacan chilli Stir everything in a allow it stand for another or two for the flavours to merge - then dive involved with it I actually usually ask for a brand new coconut (as though it creates everything a wee little bit healthier; since everything is indeed sinfully indulgent) All in, less than RM20 - per person

This famous restaurant situated behind the Shell station serves among the best hokkien mee in Petaling Jaya. Their free circulation chiily sauce is wealthy and tasty. There additional stalls marketing rojak, grilled seafood and satay. Come right here in the event that you the besthokkien mee.

My husband (who was raised in KL) is really a large hokkien mee fan. That one actually dissatisfied him. It lacked flavor (he also had to require lighting soya sauce to boost it!) also it was as well oily. Evidently the apprentice has been frying that time.Maybe that makes up about the poor flavor? We won’t become back again. The Taman Paramount one will be waaaaayyy better.

Just had my supper here. After 7pm you will have to queen to obtain a table and fortunately we came before 7pm I didn’t took miss the food to reach. Hokkein mee are typical as to me insufficient wok hei despite the fact that usescharcoal, nevertheless the chilli may be the bomb. U blend it in the noodle, voila i tater better Taufu bakar are ok, nothing specific besides crunchy top from 2@ rm6 which are usually overpriced. Hokkein mee for 3 pax extra veggies @ RM25 May find better hokkein mee on the market though

Been here many times and had been never disappointed. The Hokkien mee is among the greatest prepared with charcoal fire. Besides there are several additional stalls that can pick from like ikan bakar, sotong bakar, popiah etc... Best for dinner and supper.

So we made a decision to give this location a shot. Because it was a Fri night we made a decision to try something fresh. Was the worse knowledge we had. We arrived to the cafe at 8.20pm placed the purchase and waited. The orders keptflying out. Everybody else obtained their orders and we had been still standing looking forward to ours until I confronted the boss. Only he then made a decision to take our purchase significantly and told us 5 mins. 5 mins resulted in 20 mins . Lastly we got our purchase after looking forward to 1 hour! It had been simply hokkien mee for just two 2 pax and we'd to wait one hour! That has been not the worse little bit. When we got house and unpacked our purchase, it was the incorrect one! We obtained Cantonese Mee rather than Hokkien mee as what we'd ordered. Was said to be poultry and found not 1 little bit of chicken around the corner. Overall in case you are ready to be disappointed it is possible to go here. We shall never return.
