The restaurant is situated inside at Hround floor of Starling Mall. Car parking is simple in the basement flooring. The restaurant is properly decorated with specific dining rooms and desk sitting at open region. The meals was done excellent. The service was outstanding. Price wiseis reasonable.

The restaurant maintains its food quality and good service as usual. You can find good variety of selections for set lunch time. The steam egg had been well cooked and the foodstuffs were delicious. This is a reasonable priced restaurant nonetheless it is affordability.

I was having supper at Rakuzen in Starling Mall through the Chinese New Yr period. We were really surprised by the grade of the meals at the outlet whenever we are offered a live life and kicking fly on our Volcano roll !! Very much toour disgust, this is actually the last thing we'd expect from the respectable restaurant. Most severe of all, there is no apology of any kind from the administration. The dish was simply changed as though nothing has happened. Obviously, we weren't impressed kwith the services. This is last period that my children and I are likely to visit Rakuzen anymore.
