The meals quality is decreasing. Why a grilled pork chop u can grill until rock cold? Also lemon grass poultry, everything taste like extremely dry & non appetite. Wish u guys can improve

There was a child cockroach jumping right out of the bun when I was taking my initial bite!!! When I complained to your employees, no reaction taken result in manager isn't around. Finally, I got the manager's amount and known as him (Henry). Through the whole discussion there is no apology convey and I had been only given a choice to get my sandwich alter or my cash refunded. Firstly, I should have an apology for what provides happened. Secondly, the personnel should all be teach to control issue like this. I'm extremely dissatisfied with O BANH MI!!!

Their poultry pho reminded me of small Hanoi. Ate there 3rd time already n nevertheless enjoy discovering other meals (too poor they dont have additional outlets in KL) Adore roasted pork rice with lemongrass tea, great combinatipn for an ideal shopping lunch

I love their banhmi from the initial bite! extremely crunchy and all new baked, meats and veggie are sensible inside, it's worth probably the most healthy quick food i've ever taken

Was queing to create my order until We saw the personnel preparing the baguette. No cap as well as gloves and he had been handling the food along with his bare fingers. Same with the others handling the food!! Obviously I left instantly! Terrible which you have a preparing food area showing your guest behind a transparent cup but you aren't actually bothered about the hygiene and that everyone can easily see it on view too! Visited on 11th June 2017 at around 2pm at your 1Utama branch.

Had been looking through the menus outside the restaurant whenever a waitress walked upward, took the menus pamphlet right away of my mother's fingers and walked away without also considering us or stating anything. Shockingly rude and unprofessional.

Banh mi is wonderful, quite close to authentic Vietnamese banh mi. Nevertheless, there's room for enhancement. The waitress (Pinoy woman) isn't being useful and polite. Her encounter is "black" constantly and raised her tone of voice while speaking with customer. I'm your customer because you had been at your first store in Uptown and i could say that she actually is the most severe waitress you have actually hired.
