Just dined on sunway pyramid outlet for supper. Service slow and longer wait too. Insufficient working staff rather they have 3receptionist position in front. A few friends explained they prefer Nando’s than Kenny Rogers. After revisit Nando’s today, after a lot of many yearssince my final visit, I could proved them incorrect. Kenny rogers poultry or sides are method better than Nando’s We'd smoky whole poultry that is included with 2normal sides and 2bottomless beverages @ RM65.90. We select smoky peri peri poultry, while for the 2sidea, we select garlic breads and coleslaw. Chicken meat are difficult and dried out and tasteless, rely heavily about the sauce. To consume the meat alone certainly are a no-no as it’s tasteless. Coleslaw dressing are usually somewhat tangy sour and garlic loaf of bread tend to be more like burger bun distribute with butter onto it and wear it the grill. No garlic at the top or tasted like garlic breads at all 🤔. Very dissatisfied. Had coleslaw to transformed to grilled veggies, grilled vegetable are hard, to be consumed by me and old one. Carrots, onion are usually hard to bite without flavor at all except seriously grilled with essential oil. Another disappointment. We still left feeling unsatisfied by stating having meals here will undoubtedly be our last time. I nevertheless prefer my roasted poultry and yummy coleslaw at Kenny Rogers. Kenny Rogers chicken white meat aren't tough and it’s nevertheless juicy

I am a long expression Nando's supporter and the meals here is as effective as any Nando's - meaning great.. Regrettably I had was terrible service experiences where in fact the staff completely ignored me plus they didnt bring my refillable coke until when i finishedmy meal...despite me waking up numerous times also asking the supervisor...they still were pleased to charge no apologies... So the very good news was i visited Chillis the next evening and i was completely floored by their amazing program...

Insufficient service staff to completely clean the desk and order food. Foods wise is great and delicious. Waiting time period is quite lengthy after buying and the assistance staff forgot to work us utensils till we need to remind them.
