First-time savour tsukemen - to dip the noodle inside soup served separately. Tried two varieties, the yuzu and the tan tan sesame, with one hot noodle and something cold noodle. The dipping soup are tasted simply sufficient for the noodles. The yuzu tastedfresh with just a little sour - extremely appetizing. The tan tan sesame with heavy aroma of sesame is really a bit heavy. Ordered also a side dish - roasted pork that is very delicious but a little oily.

You're in a retail center, thus don't expect michelin celebrity cuisine. I experienced soup plus some Gyoza. It emerged rapidly, the service was helpful, the food was delicious. I left happy.

Could have given 1 superstar but that might be unfair I guess. Services has been hap hazard at greatest. Table and seating placing is really a joke. What's with the communal desk in the middle. I could understand in Japan individual diner idea but we have been inMalaysia. Maybe sharing will be caring and seated with strangers may be the restaurant's motto. Ok to the meals. Who within their right mind just serves pan buddy gyoza from 2-6? A period windowpane where its after lunch time and before dinner so when nobody eats. That's simply stupid for a staple Japanese dumpling. The dipping sauce for the noodle is simply too oily. Flavor sensible OK I assume but will be my last period. The ramen well experienced better. Maybe only a plus for the karaage. But that's tough to screw up. Do not spoil my picture of Japan, I move there each year to ski...

This is undoubtedly the very best Tsukemen I've had in Malaysia. Chewy noodles with yuzu soup is merely incredible. The pork ramen can be good with solid creamy soup. I can point out it is much like those in Tokyo predicated on my many journeys toJapan within the last 15 yrs. Now I've a place to fulfill my craving for genuine Japanese Tsukemen & ramen. The big community table also managed to get perfect for our big family. I assume this is best for a community mall like Starling. The service staffs listed below are very nice and quick. We obtained our orders within ten minutes. Will be back frequently......

I really like the tsukemen served as of this restaurant. Noodles are handmade with top quality wheat. They make use of Yuzu within their broth which offered it an extremely refreshing taste. Unlike regular soup noodles where noodles are usually offered in the soup, tsukemen can be consumed by dippinginto a heavy broth. You can end the noodles with the addition of in additional dashi soup in to the thick broth to take pleasure from the soup. Other styles of ramen may also be served at the cafe but my selection is always their First Yuzu tsukemen and a helping of Gyoza in spicy sauce. Noodles certainly are a small pricey but worthy of the price.
