After 7 years since my very first discovery when it had been beside Isetan, it's nevertheless best for its tonkotsu ramen with different flavoured oils and nicely charred chashu. Aspect dishes have become good aswell, can't fail coming here -- just be prepared to wait whether it's full home during peak hours.

Our go to location for ramen in 1u. Portion is massive! I usually can’t finish mine. However the wait is definitely long. Recommend to use their tsukemen. Extremely flavourful!

I actually ordered musashi ramen. Ramen menus is really a bit confusing because they're mostly the same, simply with different quantity of egg/pork char sew.Taste wise is great imo. Excellent ajitama (marinated properly and the egg yolk is usually semi-liquid), huge thumbs upward . Char sew may also be excellent, the body fat are so gentle and nearly dissolve in the mouth area, perfectly combined with leaner area of the char sew.I love the soup foundation a lot, We ordered kuro top. Nevertheless my friend said it really is sweeter than he would've liked, may be because of the sweetness from char sew furthermore, uncertain.The noodle itself nevertheless is just average. I favor a springy-ier noodle, they utilized what appears like some off-the-shelf ramen noodle. It isn't a negative noodle per-state, but I believe could've been much better.8/10 overall. Will certainly visit again
