We ordered patin tempoyak. It got about 30 mins for the meals to arrived, sadly the seafood wasn’t cooked well. So when we informed them it’s not prepared, we waited for nearly 20mins then we made a decision to just walked apart (we’ve paid the meals during purchasing through Beep It, and the buying is not a stroll in the recreation area either). I’m uncertain whether they have correct SOPs on what long the dishes ought to be cook etc. however they should believe of a means how to focus on customer when things such as these arises. It’s about how you deal with your visitors and sometimes even though food isn't good, your service will make it around it.

Inadequate service. As the elderly we take much longer to understand the procedure. Keeping a duplicate of the menu convenient would certainly assist.It had been Saturday evening. Group wasn't too big however the service was quite gradual. We got our foods 40 mins after ordering. I experienced fish & chips. It had been not refreshing at all.Therefore sorry I didn't examine immediately as I nearly forgot this poor encounter.
