Today is the first-time I ordered, order lunch time and paid through TNG, wait until 2pm and food isn't delivered. I’ve inquired what period my food will undoubtedly be delivered at 11:34am however the seller simply replied otw at 12:36pm. Tried to call seller but nobody picking up the decision then only at 1:46pm provided me the rider get in touch with when I rechecked. Known as the rider he requested me to cancel purchase cause he won’t have the ability to reach till 2:20pm.

Ordered food ahead from 12.15pm, waited for around 30 minutes no-one came and telephone call also no a single picked up. Forced to get instant noodle before lunchtime ends. Terrible service!
