Came here for a essential, luxurious sounding sandwich. The bread was stale - and After all it sounded like I was knocking on the entranceway when I tapped it - sort of stale, I left 1 / 2 of it. The tortilla chips on the sidewere slightly drab... my partner tried to order some for himself and was told "no we don't possess them at this time, they take too much time to make", then tried to order the fries but was told a similar thing. Costs a bomb for the rubbish food we got. You might also need to collect your personal menu... little bit of an annoyance.

They have an indicator that says 50% off food between 12pm -2pm for staff or guests of hotel mounted on the shopping centre. Visited purchase a sandwich and showed the guy my room key and was told discount doesn't connect with me because I'mnot malaysian. When I questioned him about any of it he pretended he cannot understand English therefore i left. I'm so glad I did so not spend my money as of this establishment and am utterly appaeled at how I was treated wirh racism and contempt. Do yourself a favour , nor support this business.

The chocolate and strawberry waffles are to die for. Crisp waffle base and delicious sweet chocolate ice cream and fudgy sauce. My tangy cheese sandwich (croissant) with melted cheese, mushroom, lettuce and tomato really was good too. Even was included with a side of salty friesthat I did so not expect.

Stopped set for a coffee and each ordered a piccolo - it had been excellent. Can't touch upon the food however the coffee was great. We've arrived at expect hardly any from coffee on our trip up to now (which includes been Singapore, Saigon, Hoi An andKuala Lumpur). Side note: Vietnamese iced coffee was nice but that is clearly a different thing altogether (made out of condensed milk). Definitely the very best coffee of the trip.

Visited this cafe @ 1.15pm yesterday. Ordered 1 latte & 1 Americao. Cafe had not been too busy + 4 staff working. I noticed customers who arrived later than us being served. We visited complain to the young Malay waitress + big sizeMalay barista. NO apology & reason behind delay received by both of these. They didn't even look at us. We were ignored. We were served at 1.35pm. Will we go back to this cafe with 0 customer support??? Of course NOT.
