Very first, noodles are undercooked, many of them even stay together, that is unacceptable for an excellent plate of maze soba. Next, the onsen eggs are more than cooked, it’s said to be runny to enable you to combine with the noodles. The ramen eggs are usually overcooked and under-marinated, the yolks are usually as well solid and overall simply taste like normal boiled egg. Next, how come the chashu (changed with poultry since this cafe is pork totally free) this cold, it looks like simply been took right out of the fridge before serving. In any case, the meat has great flavour though. Finally, the complete plate of noodle is as well dry. Not so authentic maybe due to the foods was cooked simply by foreign workers. Furthermore the purchase price cannot compensate the flavor and part of the products.Foods is not presentable for giving 2 slices of Poultry Chasu in a large plate of ramen. How pathetic @.@Not really recommended to Japanese meals lovers. Please think prior to going into this eating place. The purchase price is not worth!!!!
