placed an order upon website and the position was “restaurant is planning your order” for more than an hour. the typical delivery period written there is 45min to reach to the house. what‘s even worse, they up-to-date the status after one hour to “planning your order 40-50mins”! how come it take two hrs to perform one small purchase? utterly disappointed with sizzling and roll provider, called multiple times aswell but customer service had been below par and redirected me to website when it’s not rider‘s fault because my meals isn’t even prepared!ordered from hot plus roll paradigm mall that requested myself to hold back over 2 hours regarding my order when We chose “deliver now”. extremely upset and could not order from here again
