You can get a lot more better Hokkian Mee at any hawker center. The flavor is too salty, minimal vegetables inside it. The fried rice can be not good.

There's a hidden previous gem in this kopitiam. A fairly famous/well-known Hokkian mee, a vintage couple who've been promoting Hokkian mee because the 80s are actually operating at the far finish corner of the store. In the 80s one had a need to patiently wait for quickly 30 mins to find the order. In the past as a boy I remembered perfectly I was informed by the girl boss once: “it is a long queue you understand, have to wait around at the very least 30 mins, you need to wait around ah?`.The typical maintains well after so a long time and easily taste much better than a lot of others on the market. Recommend to purchase: Hokkian mee & wak-tan-hor.It looks if you ask me the old few are very tired now, better move try today before they contact it a day..

Final surviving chef of the 3 apprentices of KL's legendary Hokkien Mee SiFu learn. The other pupil Ah Wah of Paramount fame passed on a few years back again. The uncle right here has served clients for over four years with the initial dark caramelised soysauce as soon as brewed in Balakong. Write-up pandemic he is back again food preparation except on Mondays, usually from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm. His design is characteristicly al-dente with the tai lok mee which takes a great overnite soaking in its juices to attain its peak at breakfast. For Hokkien bee hoon, it tastes perfectly when freshly fried in its starchy gravy. Part for just two still at RM17.00.

Pan mee soup is great due to the soup and the pan mee is handmade therefore texture is chewy.

This kopitiam is fairly spacious corner lot with a number of food. We emerged for the sang har mee n kampong poultry noodle. We choose 2 big prawns for the sang har mee. An indicator states RM16 per 100gm. That has been realistic. But in the finish the sang har mee price RM220!
