The menu have changed to become more flexible than the final offering where noodle A includes soup B. Now clients can mix and complement; noodles A with soup C. My head to noodles was usually the sliced pork stomach in first-class soup. There’s somethingabout the soup that means it is so tasty. Next, we took the braised egg and mushrooms as aspect dishes. It’s a franchise and consistency in flavor is anticipated in this store or other ones.

Visited the Sri petaling branch and just remaining for lunch sensation satisfied. Parking is really a scream right here and I just obtained a summon ticket correct before me in the restaurant 😭 Service great and prompt , I attained 11.50am with 3tables occupying. Just like the mixed and match up as attached menus @ rm12.90. A+B+C @ RM12.90. Great deal with varieties. You have 3sorts noodles and 1bowl rice to select with black sauce or even white sauce. 14 dishes of varieties to select for arranged b while 12 types from C. I ordered 2 sets to use by myself. 1set I had solid Toktok noodles with whitened sauce with braised poultry drumstick and fried wanton as the 2set are usually spinach noodles with darkish sauce with shrimp paste fried pork and braised poultry feet. Personally I favor the black sauce. It can comes with a large amount of pork lard, as the white sauce tend to be more like shallot essential oil with fried shallot just. Both noodles are usually cooks al Dante and springy to bite, but I love it my noodles with somewhat wetter. Not tad dried out. Would be much better if got soup. Braised chicken drumstick aren't that great as chicken braised marination aren't well blend in to the chicken. I really believe the poultry are make on the braising sauce for awhile and raise up once cook, however, not in a pot of poultry leg with braising sauce. Fried wontons are usually crunchy rather than oily and arrives with6pieces. Shrimp paste fried pork are usually yummy and very well flavoured however, not overly loaded with salt. Includes a good stability of meat plus some fat. Braised poultry feet are usually hard, not really that nice. Have to braise more time as it’s suppose to end up being soft. Will go back to try their natural soup and dumplings. Money payment only like their sister organization, go noodles.
