Visited 1Utama on 11th May 2020 with 1.10pm. Whenever we get to nobody was queuing even though we were considering the menus I heard the personnel said only original accessible. Uncertain whether she is speaking with us, I needed to clarify because mydaughter desired authentic and red bean. THEREFORE I said "pardon me", to my horror the staff members who wored dark tudung raise her hands like the traffic law enforcement telling me in an exceedingly rude manner "is it possible to wait for five minutes? 5mins?! I had been in stunned and possibly she thinks that I hardly understand what she stated and she informed her chinese colleague, is it possible to show her in Chinese? I appear at her and I mentioned, Yes I understand and You have become rude and I stroll off. I wrote my comment at Gindaco Malaysia FB and there is absolutely no reply. If she actually is not willing to function she can stay in the home. My girl was with me which is what sort of staff suppose to take care of customers?
