Mai's food was an absolute group pleaser at our child's b'day picnic. Everything was refreshing, portions were a lot more than ample, finished with love and a lot of care. Many thanks Mai and Saif. We'd a lot of fun with you men, will certainly be back for a lot more orders!

If you are abroad you'll appreciate her are better. It is not really an easy task to cook hometown meals if you are miles aside from your neighborhood market. You must have passion sufficient to overcome the challenge aside from the talent of training course For those who isn't Vietnamese her foods can provide you the closest reason Vietnamese cuisine gets famous. And the provider is ideal talking from the far customer ..around 4hrs trip who has purchase required plenty of works within preparation, delivery also..collecting payment T_T To create my review valuable there's area for improvement. She actually is excellent with north Vietnam meals the south not her strength yet.

I took Mai's food preparation class last weekend also it was amazing! We learned to create vietnamese beef pho, prawn rolls and vegetarian rolls. All of the foods were phenomenal (actually the specific dips for the rolls had been rocking it!) also it was really nice environment, mingling with other individuals. I learned so a lot from Mai, not only about the meals we were producing but additionally general cooking guidelines. Mai has comprehensive knowledge and interest about food, plants, & wellbeing and I admire her design of not really placing anything to waste materials. She also distributed to us her mangomisu for dessert and I recommend it! Do purchase from her you will not regret it :)
