It is a truly hidden gem of a restaurant under a block of flats in Area 17. The curry pork and pork spaghetti will be is really fine and chewy. The flavor is very good In addition they allow alcohol and will appeal to small private functions.

We ordered their signature dish siew yok and the verdict is great. I purchased the asam siew yok pasta ... it had been not as tasty when i thought it will be. The pork chop has been good however, not exceptional. I recommend their house madeiced lemon tea and burnt cheese cake.

Their signature siu yuk was delicious! Each plate includes 2 forms of roasted pork: Mat Salleh and Ah Pek - the previous is marinated making use of western herbs as the latter may be the traditional asian design. The distinction btwn the two 2 is fairly subtle, butyummy yet. We purchased a half-plate at RM9, which was included with 10 slices of pork. We also ordered their mains: * Assam siu yuk - Alright but a touch too salty * Pork chop - the sauce is perfectly balanced * Chicken chop - began good but an excessive amount of herbs used, getting the final a little unpleasant. That said, the meals was properly cooked. Ambience was comfy and cozy. Just a little disappointed making use of their lemonade (not produced new, but tasted like cordial).

As a aspect dish we ordered the crispy pork belly (siew yoke). It had been so good that people immediately ordered another dish. Aside from this dish, another dishes were also great. The meals reminds me of house cooked meals plus they are simplydelicious.

A pleasant unassuming café inside Sect 17 nonetheless it acts some delicious pork meals. The siew yoke is great - we'd a plate alone just as a beginner whilst we determined what we needed for mains.. Mains has been pork chop x2 andthe spaghetti aglio olio siew yoke x 2. No problems at all - all perfectly cooked, properly served and incredibly tasty. For dessert - two folks had rum & raisin ice cream and voted it the very best ever. They serves beer and its own no issue to BYO - either wine o spirits and there is absolutely no corkage. Well family run little retsuar4ant - hats off to Wan & Eli.

Emerged here for lunch time and order 3 of these lunch set (1x poultry chop with dark pepper sauce & lemonade, 1x poultry chop with mushroom sauce & lemonade and salted egg pork rice with& lemonade) and really enjoyed their meals. The meals was delicious andthe part of the meals was just nice since it wasn’t too filling. The price because of their lunch time set was reasonable since it came with a glass or two where you can select from lemonade, Chinese tea or ice lemon tea for the price tag on RM16.90. The ambience of the restaurant was also extremely cosy. Definitely worth recommending 🙂.
