Top quality Iberico cuts (ribs, collar, chops, best loin, tenderloin, etc.) and done either moderate or medium well aside from the fifty percent slab ribs. Seasoning has been lacking specifically salt on meats when grilled could have added another part of taste (in mention of ribs &collar). even though meats retained its tenderness, the romesco sauce had been bland as the bbq sauce has been a tad sweet without the bourbon alcohol flavor. Nevertheless, the smoked duck with jack fruit salad had been certainly distinctive with a twist of spicy chilies that complemented properly and a suggestion from me. The salmon steak pasta has been another highlight and an excellent recommendation with the seafood grilled to perfection. Creme brulee had not been bad (lighter) but appears to be lacking the fruits I observed on most blogs....

Iberico would be to die for. Also, attempt their Wagyu beef bone marrow. Great for a romantic date and also group parties because they have a lot of room for more folks. The bar is fantastic to hold out after dining. Must try the wines as well. From Australiaand NZ.

Chilling night as of this good dining restaurant. Their new heavy fried octopus and salted egg yolk seafood would be to die for. Iberico Extra Ribs Slap, will be the killer juicy ribs, therefore tender and juicy with the meats that melts in the mouth area, pan fried salmonwith pasta are usually well-crafted so awesome and tasty with their grilled poultry with mash potatoes therefore fresh soft and delicious. End the night time with an excellent chill wine with chocolates mousse that brings the night time with delightful and amazing evening ☺️☺️☺️☺️
