Been here maybe once or twice. Testimonials mentioned the some program issues how actually i did so not notice within my visits. Woud suggest to order a 2 person talk about ( huge ) for 3 people. Purchase another Vege and a soup each and that wouldbe sufficient. Among the differentiating factor of the location is that the rice is fairly flaky. Chicken part is aslo fair. Average wait time within my visits was about 5 mins for soup and vege and 10 for the rice. Overall not just a bad spot to have lunch in the weekend simply because ample car parking. Expect the expenses to end up being about RM 50 for 3.

Been here for a long time. Focusing on claypot chicken rice. Program is average. Parking could be a pain. Prices are alright. Does obtain crowded during peak moments. It is possible to order the rice nevertheless, you want to buy but advise would be to get the functions which include saltedfish, waxed sausage & egg. You can even double through to the meat in case you are hungry. General like the rice which isn't sticky like some areas. Good quantity of juicy chicken. Never to your investment smoky burnt bits on underneath of the claypot. You can even order veggies or dual boiled soup as additional. Like the soups with plenty of ingredients inside. Overall a good location for a hearty your meal. So far they are consistent through the entire years.

The chicken rice was good however the lady was extremely rude as you need to order all one shot. If you increase after she'll rudely tell you that you need to wait an extended long time

The positioning is convenient and a lot of parking spot. The eating place is quite close to Atria Purchasing Gallery. The cafe draws an enormous crowd at night. So, in case you are will to hold back patiently, this is actually the look for you. I do appreciate thecharcoal fired food preparation style as it brings about the tantalising flavour of the dish. Drawback is they don't get orders when you seated. You need to move and queue at the counter to put your order and pay out instantly upon serving of meals. Perhaps, this is a method to lessen relying on foreigner employees/ waitresses. Nevertheless, customer involves visit in fact it is always packed.

The food took some time to arrive nonetheless it was worth it. Must have purchased an egg at the top nonetheless it was still great. Most likely the best meal with this visit to KL. Advice would be to arrive before 7 therefore to secure a chair.

Famous in this section of city, Choong Kee Claypot was previously a street vendor for a long time before moving to the location. Very Wallet helpful the claypot will come in either Big or Little serving. Salted seafood or lupcheong (Chinese sausages) comes as extra. We hadthe Big claypot that is included with a natural egg on top. Overall we felt the rice was a touch too mushy for my liking but my pal pointed away that it may be the egg blended with the rice! Chicken parts were pretty much marinated. I guess if I been in the vicinity I'll come back for this but maybe miss the raw egg topping.

Situated in Damansara Jaya, the claypot poultry rice comes minus the normal salted fish and waxed meats. You need to purchase that as additional topping. Both rice and soup is great, but parking is quite challenging during functioning hours. You'll probably needto park inside Atria retail center. I usually seriously weekends instead.

If u can wait around, then that is for you! Irene serves among the tastiest claypot poultry rice in PJ. Utilized to use in other store but provides since relocate to a fresh one, few unit from the old store. Rice will be fragrant, chickenmeat are mainly thigh n much less bones. Chili Padi had been spicy enough rather than the most common tasteless chilli served for the most part eatery. They’re constantly crowded especially during lunch time and weekends. Up to now, she has never ever been rude but we're able to tell the group was a lil overpowering on her behalf (and her staff). Occasionally her face can appear a lil unfriendly or she’ll chat like she’s rushing but we are able to totally recognize that. Still an excellent place once and for all food! Strongly suggested 👍🏼

Used to regular this place because of their claypot chicken rice at the older premise that is the situated at exactly the same row of the shoplot couple of years, which we think it is was great neighbourhood area for your meal. Mostly the area is crowded previously.Nowadays we were here for lunch time and less crowd. The claypot rice tasted much less good as before. Ordered the mixed of poultry, sausage and salted seafood. The rice had not been pipping hot, simply luke cozy and the taste isn't flavourful. Make reference to my photo, even more of rice with dark soya sauce poultry poured at the top. We didn't finish it since it was tasteless. Won't come again despite the fact that nearby for the meals. Not really recommended if you prefer a hot dinner. The economic climate rice at the restaurant tasted much better than this!
