We like Chatime products specially the bubble tea however the customer service from the Sunway Pyramid outlet results in something to end up being desired. Despite a big staff of young workers, customer service is incredibly bad. We ordered our beverages and was requested totake a chair at a table. You can find so many employees they appear to be impeding each additional and many of these can been noticed texting on the mobile phones instead of functioning. We waited over 10 minutes before inquiring about our drinks and then find they were seated on a bench. No effort to give us a call or bring the beverages to our desk. No bin for the empty cups no one clearing the filthy tables. Maybe some guidance is required!

We visited the Pavilion Chatime and staff members really friendly and helpful. Incredible drinks at affordable costs. Like the mango smootea.

It taste so tasty...nice staff and quick service. Clean region and inside the great mall. After tired purchasing you can have a pleasant yummy pearl milk tea :D

Staff simply left whilst taking order and work very rude... Please get somebody who can attend consumer even the purchase is sort of complicated. Btw, what's therefore complex with huge milk tea with pearl and much less ice?

We tried some of the drinks inside Chatime plus they were excellent and refreshing! The services was good and incredibly fast. We hardly had to wait to obtain our drink.

With plenty outlets around Malaysia and globally Chatime will provide you with what you would like in a bubble tea. I love the Horlicks Milk Tea with pearls as well as the Mango with pudding but I really believe that has been only on short advertising. Excited totrying out even more flavours although I usually go back to exactly the same one lol! Check it out, you'll love it!

Best location ever to obtain bubble tea also it tastes so excellent! I got the 'Passionfruit QQ' tasted so excellent and service was quick and friendly! Also to make it much better they had Kpop enjoying on it! 😍

I really like Chatime - especially the actual fact the ice tea ones aren't too lovely. But what I dislike everytime I go there's the total amount plastic involved - not only obviously the glass with the plastic material lid however the straw (that is in plasticwrapping) and devote a plastic handbag. Puts me away from buying it
