The poached egg was either too cooked or an excessive amount of vinegar was added in to the poaching water. the egg whitened coagulated so very much it tasted like rubber also it was not correctly seasoned. it's ok minus the hollandaise sauce but think about fundamental salt andpepper? purchased a poultry burger and the patty got a horrible smell. it's probably wasn't a house mad patty or it had been stored for too much time
